"CUSTOMER REVIEWS"
I recently spent a month in one of Sukanya's condos. My brother had been living in this condo for almost one year. He became very seriously ill and was hospitalized in serious condition. I came to Bangkok on very short notice to take care of my brother and to organize his repatriation. I knew virtually nothing about Thailand.
It is difficult to find words to express my gratitude to Sukanya and her husband Paul for all they have done for my brother and myself. Until my arrival they cared for my brother as if he was family and not just another tenant. And when I arrived, Sukanya spent a tremendous amount of time to make me feel comfortable, to show me how to get around, and especially talking to doctors and nurses, and translating for me. I have no idea how I would have managed without all this support.
Anyone can promise great customer service, but not many actually deliver. In this case I prefer to use the term "Customer Care", because that's closest to what I feel.
If you are looking for "Customer Care" the like of which you've never imagined, do not hesitate to rent your condo from Sukanya. I have lived in the U.S., England, Germany and Switzerland and have never seen anything like it!
The condo itself was spotlessly clean and very well furnished and equipped. It is quite close to the Carrefour and Tesco (large super markets) and to public transport (the BTS Skytrain). With the Skytrain you can get anywhere quickly in air conditioned comfort.

“I was a former tenant of Sukanya Condos and I highly recommend renting from them. The owners are directly involved in managing their rental properties, instead of relying on agents. They are very responsible and maintain their property in excellent condition. Look up “customer service” in the dictionary and you’ll find their picture. They provide free rides to/from the airport when you move in/out of the condo. They kindly share their vast knowledge of Thailand and Bangkok, arming someone new to the area with invaluable information. (For example, they invited me on a trip to a local mall/shopping center frequented by the locals and showed me how to get there on my own using the local buses, all of which would have been very hard for me to figure out on my own.) They’re always available to assist if you find yourself in a difficult situation. (Fortunately I’ve never had to ask them for help, but it was reassuring to know that they were an available resource.) If your neighbors are noisy, just tell them, and Sukanya (of Sukanya Condos) will put those neighbors in their place! They’re honest and fair, which is not easy to find in landlords in any sector of the globe. They’re very friendly and trustworthy. Also, their rental property is well furnished, exceeding the quality of furnishings you’ll find in other rentals. I can’t recommend Sukanya Condos highly enough! The building itself is in great condition and well kept up by the building management. I loved using the building’s gym and there are shops and restaurants on the ground floor that are very convenient. I liked the neighborhood too; mostly Thais and a smattering of expats.

So if you want to get away from the tourist infestation yet be close enough to public transport to get to other parts of the city, this is a good place to call home. There a two major supermarkets nearby and lots of local shops and street vendors that charge local, not tourist, prices. I consider myself very lucky to have rented from Sukanya Condos. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions".

Hi
I have rented a condo at Sukanya Condo. I lived there for half a year and had an good experience.
I can really recommend Sukanya Condo, they are good to take care of their lodgers, if you have a problem then just call and the problem will be solved at once.
Definitely I will choose Sukanya Condo next time I need a condo in BKK.
Best Regards

I again want to thank both of you for the wonderful service during my stay at Sukanya Condos, including the ride to Suvarnabhumi Airport in your new car the evening of my departure. Sukanya is certainly better than any taxi driver I have ever had in BKK, and it really eased the stress of getting to the airport.
The apartment was in brand new condition (better than my condo in Miami) and any minor problem was always quickly addressed. When the shower water heater burned out, I was happily surprised that you came in person to replace it in less than an hour.
I was also very satisfied with the wireless Internet service that you provided, which I used almost every day that I was in Bangkok Sukanya's cleaning was spotless. I just wish I had someone like her in Miami.
Please know that I would be more than pleased to recommend Sukanya Condos to any future resident, and I am not an easily satisfied person, as some of my friends would attest. Feel free to use my name as a reference. I look forward to seeing you both the next time I am in Bangkok.

We commenced renting from Sukanya and Paul in June 2007 having relocated from Queensland Australia. The condo is in a convenient location in relation to the international airport, BTS and two major shopping centres. The complex is only a few years old and is in a family friendly neighbourhood. Security is of a standard that we expect back in Australia for this type of complex. The service and assistance provided by Sukanya is over and above what you would expect from a landlord. Nothing is too much trouble and on the few occasions that something in the condo needed attention, it was promptly attended to. We are more than happy with all aspects of our agreement and it is our intention to renew it for a third year. Satisfied Tenants

If you're looking for a great place to live in Bangkok, Sukanya Condo's offers a beautiful space located at Lumpini Condominiums. The apartment is beautifully decorated & fully furnished and a perfect place to call "home". The building is well maintained, quiet and the location is very convenient. I greatly enjoyed my stay at Sukanya Condo's and loved the experience of living in Bangkok. Sukanya & Paul are amazing landlords and the best I've ever had. They are very helpful and also available to lend a hand where needed. You will definitely not be disappointed with renting from Sukanya Condo's
UPDATED Paul and Sukanya were also a great help to me in a desperate situation. They let me stay at the condo FREE of charge for 4 days when I was stranded in Bangkok due to the PAD protesting and the airports being closed down. They were also kind enough to take me to the the hotel that the goverment eventually provided for stranded foreigners. Without their kindness and help I would have been in a big a mess.

Having previously rented a condo from Paul and Sukanya, I had no hesitation in once again having them as my landlords at Lumpiniville. Paul and Sukanya not only offer tastefully furnished apartments in a good location (near the BTS), they provide a full and dependable all-round service. I found them both to be very helpful whenever I had a question or made a request for anything new in the apartment. Having had less than perfect Thai landlords before, I know that it is very important to have the peace of mind that your deposit is safe - and with Paul and Sukanya, you know that everything is above board. Beyond being good landlords, Paul and Sukanya make every attempt to make you feel welcome, to help you to know the locality and to get the best outof the complex's amenities. So having now stayed there twice, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone seeking accommodation in Bangkok. When you are living in a city that is new to you and particularly if you don't speak the language it is really great to have a landlord (or landlords) who are happy and available to help out with all of the little uncertainties that settling in can bring. Paul and Sukanya were always willing to help whatever the question or issue and often went way beyond what you would typically expect. This kind of support is not easy to come by in a big city like Bangkok and I was lucky to have found them.

It is my pleasure to say that I have been very happy to find your condo when I moved to Bangkok years ago I remember that I like what I saw on the first time. It might be small but fully furnished with everything you can imagine. I have no complaint at all during my stay. Also, I like to add that both of you are very nice to me by being helpful and very very friendly. Regrettably, I have to move off because of my job, but rest assured that when I move back to Bangkok again, I will definitely call you first.

Best regards, Siripong Krairiksh (Thailand stayed September 2006- August 2008)

We looked at condos all over Bangkok for a couple of weeks and finally settled on this apartment at Lumpini Ville. The most appealing features for us were the quiet, riverside location and the interior's clean and comfortable appearance. The gym and swimming pool were also very attractive and we've used them regularly ever since. Access to the sky train is a quick bike ride away, as are two large supermarkets and various other shops and restaurants. It's been a real home away from home and we'll be sad to leave.
Paul and Sukanya have also been wonderful landlords. It makes things so much easier when you're dealing with people who are so accommodating and professional. They have both been quick to respond to any query and always happy to provide information for people new to Bangkok. We wish we had landlords like them back home. Thanks to both of you

Hello to everybody searching for a nice appartment in Bangkok!
Close to the BTS Station On nut and nearby a very big supermarket, the condos of Sukanya and Paul are very well situated. They offer you a calm and relaxed stay in Bangkok but also the possibility of reaching the heart of the city within 15 minutes by Skytrain (BTS). The appartments are fully furnished (very well equipped) and are warmly decorated. The Pool and Fitness Studio, which are also quite nice, can be recommended, too. As there is 24 hour security, we always felt very safe. Furthermore Sukanya and Paul made our stay very enjoyable as they gave us a lot of good advice and helped us in every situation (e.g. showed us the way to work). We can highly recommend this place and want to thank Sukanya and Paul for their support. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us (julie_divine@gmx.de)

I can wholeheartedly recommend renting from Paul and Sukanya. Quite apart from the quality of the appartments and facilities at Lumpiniville they provide (truly well and fully-furnished,), I would have to say that they were very attentive to any requests--great or small--and provide a top-class, reliable service--something to be prized in Thailand. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul and Sukanya to any would-be tenant. I have fond memories of my time at their apartment and will hopefully be back at some stage. Please feel to email me at my work/university e-mail address, if any further corroboration is required: raftermm@tcd

"HINTS AND TIPS FOR FINDING THAT PERFECT CONDO RENTAL"
  1. Choose your location with care and  assess where you really need to be  as traffic in  Bangkok is probably the worst you will ever encounter .

  2. Being close to the BTS Skytrain, Bangkok's  rapid transit system or MRT the underground rail network, will save you huge amounts of time and money. If you are more than a  10 minute walk from a  BTS or MRT station you will need to know if there is a taxi or motorcycle taxi available as walking in 36c +  temperatures will leave you very hot and sweaty. Bangkok has very high humidity.

  3. Supermarkets, banks, street markets, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, airports  etc  how far are they?  Does the condo have  an on-site swimming pool or gym?  Does it have any laundry service?  Is there internet and telephone access available in the condo?

  4. When looking at   adverts check with  the agents or owners that  any  photos   are actually of the room  available . Many of our customers often tell us the photos in other condo adverts were not the room they were shown on arrival. Some unscrupulous owners  often use this trick by showing a stunning condo photo just to get you in through their doors some  even copying our own photos. You can waste a  lot of time and energy  looking at these condos.

  5. Ask about  any service charges, water  ( is it safe to drink from the tap) and electricity costs, does it have air con and hot water, some do not.  How much is the deposit and how long after you leave is it refunded.

  6. Is there any security,  do they have key-cards to get in  and are the doors actually working as many are badly maintained and left open. Older buildings are  generally badly maintained.

  7. Noise , Bangkok is often noisy, how far away is the main road, go there at night and listen for howling dogs Bangkok is full of them, maybe a  local market has music blaring out until the small hours but in the day is silent.

  8. An agent can help you save time but when they've had their  commission for letting the condo will they  be so willing to help you with any future problems? The actual owner could  be Thai you may be unable to explain any problems to them.

  9. Close to a canal? it could be very smelly and there's a higher risk of mosquitoes.

  10. What's actually included in the room?  fridge, microwave, hob, cutlery,  bed linen, tv etc.  and how many electric sockets are there? or you could be looking  at one socket and multiple adapters!!

  11. Can you see a copy of the rental contract before signing? "Click here to see ours"

  12. Maintenance issues, excepting your  negligence or abuse who's responsible financially if the air-con breaks, a  tap leaks, the shower doesn't work etc   Will you have to pay for this?

  13. Be aware some websites that advertise condos for rent are actually sponsored by agencies and though there may well be nothing wrong with this  their rooms will take priority over many other owners or agents rooms, an example of this would be www.mrroomfinder.com

  14. One of the best ways to find a room is by recommendations from previous occupants,   read what our customers have said about us.
